Hexadecimals compose of six digits/letters. The first two determine how much red there is, the next two determine how much green, and the last two determine how much blue there is in the color. The numbers go from 0-9, 0 meaning none of that color. after 9 are the letters A-F. F is the highest, with the most of that color you can have.
