Relative Positioning

1. Relatively positioned items behave the same as statically positioned elements?
2. Unlike statically positioned items, with relatively positioned items we can adjust a relatively positioned element with offset properties: top, right, bottom, and left.
3. When you place box 2 inside of box one and then ask box two to move 200px from the left, box 2 moves directly to the left of box 1.
